AirCare Solutions works very closely with the project manager(s) and a multitude of contractors so that our clients venues can open on time – usually under very tight deadlines. A smooth HVAC installation project not only requires the technical know-how, but it also requires extraordinary communication skills and human relations skills as each contracting company needs to work seamlessly and manage time effectively.
Our attention to detail also positions us well for residential installations, as well as for other commercial installations such as retail and offices where aesthetics are also paramount, as well as ensuring that the AC systems are readily accessible for deep cleaning, preventative maintenance and/or repairs.
Why our quotations are typically higher than other service providers: At this time, AirCare Solutions is a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME). We do not have the buying power of the likes of Fortress, Broadway, etc. who purchase huge quantities of various brands direct from manufacturers, and hence they are able to benefit from significantly lower wholesale prices than we can. Furthermore, owing to the economies of scale that those large organizations benefit from, their profit margins are very healthy too. However, those large organizations have KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that are primarily based upon Quantity, whereas AirCare Solutions KPIs have all been developed upon a foundation of Quality. This distinction is why, for the vast majority of installations that we execute, our clients more than happily decide that the higher initial costs will save thousands of dollars throughout the entire lifespan of the new AC system(s). Whether it’s our cleaning personnel who are already on site for an appointment, or whether it’s a site visit that has specifically been booked for an Installation Inspection – we invest time in assessing where there are opportunities to ensure that the new AC systems will operate more efficiently (reduce energy consumption), have suitable technical specifications for the area to be cooled, are installed in a manner that will resolve any pre-existing issues, and reduce the costs of any repairs/maintenance/preventative maintenance/replacement costs in the short-term as well as in the long-term. Whether it be in a Residential setting or in a Commercial setting – our recommendations consistently result in an overall reduction in costs that far outweigh the nominally higher initial cost of getting the job done right.
