We offer Landlords (with multiple properties) and Property Managers significantly discounted rates. We are able to do so owing to economies of scale, familiarity with your properties and air conditioner systems, and other operational savings which we can in turn pass on to you. And as we’re often cleaning vacant residences in preparation for a new tenant, this simplifies our work as our personnel are not encumbered by furniture or other obstacles.

Please note: we do not engage with Landlords or Property Managers who may request for us to do a ‘half clean’ (i.e.: only the parts of the unit that are visible). AirCare Solutions operates with integrity and with a clean conscience, thus we are not comfortable with placing your tenants’ health at risk with a partial cleaning.

Our Chief Technician is a veteran of the HVAC industry with more than 30 years of experience. A technician with Carrier for 8 years in his earlier career, he then moved on to York where he would spend 12 years as a Senior Technician and subsequently Chief Technician. He then founded his own Residential & Commercial AC Engineering Company which he managed for 14+ years, and his services were engaged by companies such as Fortress & Broadway before he joined AirCare Solutions.

Repairs & Maintenance

If your AC isn't blowing as cold as it did before, more often than not we find that it's simply because the AC is due for a deep cleaning. If your AC is leaking, 99% of the time it's owing to blocked drainage rather than the AC being in need of repairs. But if your AC definitely needs repairing, or if you need to have an AC installed, then our qualified team of technicians are available to assist.
