Owing to favorable parking arrangements, familiarity with the properties, as well as strong relationships with many Landlords & Property Managers, a 10% Discount is available for Air Conditioning Cleaning Services for many Residential Developments throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon, The New Territories, and Tung Chung.
As a general rule of thumb, if your residential development has convenient hourly visitor car parking available, and you’re booking for 4 or more ACs to be cleaned, a 10% discount may be considered for your booking.
For Village Houses in the New Territories, a 10% Discount is applicable for bookings of 5 or more ACs for whole village houses or duplexes only, and the discount is contingent on the availability of car parking belonging to the homeowner within 50 meters of the residence.
