Other notes:  Today, I have sent you an intro on your Whatsapp number 2.51-2.56pm and Scott called me Deep cleaning for 5 duct type a/c units from GENERAL which are 20yr old and may have never seen a deep cleaning (at least for the past 10yrs. Thee has not been any leaking for the past 2 years we have been living there. It all started with the temperature not being very cold in the children room. Recently we managed to add refrigerent. For the renewal of our contract the landlord has agreed to a deep cleaning. The aim is to show the landlord that using your services once a year offers much better value for his money (even if it is more expensive) than the so-called maintenance of Leighton Hill or even the use of Leighton Hill preferred vendor. NB: The missing answers to your questionnaire is because i do not know (1) Preferred dates: As soon as possible. Preference for the morning because the children are at school but we can take them outside, 2) among other services, potentially external condenser unit cleaning although they have been watered a few weeks ago, 3) water pump installed a false ceiling, i have no idea how to look for it, 4) visitor car park, i will ask)
