Other notes:  This was fixed in September 2022 by replacing a capacitor. In my layman opinion the capacitor may need to be replaced again. Condenser is just outside of balcony railing, can be reached from balcony as pee last time you fixed it. Temporary replacement as we have guests in this apartment arriving Thursday 6 p.m. Thereafter we need the unit to be replaced once guests are gone.
