Other notes:  My AC has unstable cooling. Will start off cold, then later in the night it isnt cooling the room enough and I break out into sweats. I believe it has to do with the location which might be blocking airflow. I was told the AC thinks the room is cold enough so it stops cooling it after a few hours of being turned on. Would like to discuss potential relocation of the AC and piping work that would be required if relocation is necessary.
