Other notes:  Hello, I have 5 aircons that need cleaning/servicing, Toshiba Reverse Cycle Split ACs. There is a wooden panel covering 4 of them, that needs to be removed to get the aircons out for cleaning. The living room aircon drains through the dining room. There is an electric sump/pump behind the wooden panel just to the right of the AC to pump the water out to the other side of the apartment where it discharges. It makes a droning sound for a few seconds every few minutes or so. If it breaks down, (which it tends to every 5 years or so and needs replacing) then the water backs up along the draining pipe and leaks. At the moment, it is leaking so it needs a new sump pump. The others just need routine cleaning. The flat is located on Park Road in midlevels. I am the landlord, currently in the US (12 hour time difference), and I have a tenant. The ceilings are high, 10 feet, so a ladder will be needed and I dont have one. There is no parking but I have an empty parking space but it is not huge. Timing will have to be coordinated with the tenant directly as I am in the US. I can pay by FPS
