  • Willing to deliver other cleaning services as required
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, or at least are committed to obtaining one promptly.

  • Whilst the air conditioning cleaning needs of our residential customers will experience the natural highs and lows of seasonal business, AirCare Solutions provides stable income sources with the security of our Annual Cleaning Programme agreements with businesses, offices, retail outlets, and restaurants & bars – all of which are running their air conditioning systems all year round.  
  • Advice on maximizing your Social Media Presence through Marketing efforts with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
  • A guaranteed % of your Franchise Fees going directly to Marketing your business, and towards developing our in-house technology that will support your management of your operations, your time management, client management, and customer relations.

AirCare Solutions Franchisee Training and Support

All training is completed with experienced operators. This covers areas of practical hands on training, prospecting, quoting, product handling and use, customer contact and communication, quality standards for exceeding customer expectations, up-selling services, care and maintenance of equipment, grooming standards and maintaining a professional image and service.

AirCare Solutions in-house training covers a broad variety of topics over a comprehensive 3-day training session, and one month on-the-job training (the duration may be shorter or longer depending upon how savvy you are!). The 3-day training session topics cover back end operations from the CRM system including IT, marketing, systems, banking, principles of how to build your business, basic accounts and book keeping, insurance requirements, customer service, the importance of regular contact with the Franchisor, basic business marketing and setting up your mobile phone(s) for our centralized WhatsApp Business number. The one-month on-the-job training provides comprehensive training in our standard operating procedures, delivering exceptional customer service, and training across a comprehensive selection of air-conditioner brands and models. You will be trained to be fully competent with the following types of systems; split-type, window-type (AKA box-type), duct-type, cassette-type, ceiling-suspended type systems, air-curtains, and kitchen range hoods.  

AirCare Solutions recognizes that some of the knowledge will not be fully retained by the franchisees during training. We will supply Operations Manuals and IT support systems to assist the franchisees, as well as phone assistance from 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week, all year round. AirCare Solutions also understands that it is extremely beneficial for new operators to be contacted regularly during the early stages of their business. Regular and open two-way communication is vital to support new Franchisees to help develop a successful business, as well as to ensure that AirCare Solutions Brand Standards are being maintained.

Occupational Health and Safety is a top priority when working closely with water and electrical appliances, as well as transporting and lifting heavy equipment, and of course working with ladders. We provide a comprehensive Best Practices Manual that must always be adhered to, as well as training on how best to dismantle and clean the plethora of of Air Conditioner types that you will encounter. This creates a beneficial establishment phase of the business and a firm foundation to the business will lead to long term business success.

When the franchisee has been in operation for some time, regular contact continues to remain essential to assist in continuing to maintain and grow their business. This regular contact by the franchisor with the franchisee can ensure complacency does not enter their business. This contact acts as a reminder to continue to focus on the business and to remember the reasons why you started your own business in the first place.
